Funniest message of the day

My DSL connection (and a few thousand others apparently) has been playing up since Saturday.  I called the company (Fairpoint) to find out what was going on, the message on the support like whilst waiting was:

"if you are having problems with your dsl connection, please go to our website and click the link for live help."
