Hey I didn't say it, Charles Cooper at CNET news did. I prefer if his article actually had more information about why Outlook is lame versus using it as a seque into a paragraph or two on Xobni (which I wrote about last year, and Microsoft was rumoured to be buying it and now isn't buying it). With that aside, the Lotus faithful must surely love any article that has the headline OK, just admit that Outlook's lame--and fix it, already
