FEDEX are typically pretty reliable, today they were useless morons.

Can they sue me for saying that, or can they only sue me if the information is false? I think I'm safe they are Morons.
Most businesses in the US take today off, in fact Instant Employees at Instant had today off. Not me, I was expecting a couple of deliveries from FEDEX so had to be in the office to sign for them. The FEDEX site said the following about the packages
Now I actually thought about what this said and considered that FEDEX might also have today off as a holiday or not consider it a business day, so at 8AM I called them to ask about the package. Will it be delivered today, or will it be Monday? "Today" they reassured me, no problem I thought, I'll hang around do some work and wait for the package. It's 4pm still no sign of the packages so I give FEDEX another call just to check things are still on plan. Yes they reassure me, because it's being delivered to a business it will arrive by 5pm. Excellent, now at least I have a delivery time.
5pm comes and goes, 5.45pm I decide to call FEDEX. "Yes sir that package is still out on the vehicle and should have been delivered by 5pm, let me call dispatch. Hello Sir, we spoke to dispatch, would you like to drive to Londonderry to pick the package up?"
He seamed a little surprised when I said no as wasn't that part of their whole business plan to deliver packages? So having wasted what could have been a wonderful blue skied vacation day, I lose my patience, which having worked the other end of the phone in a call center I always feel bad about this, as I have had these people have a go at me for poor coding practices or some incorrect information a colleague had shared, and here I am having a go at somebody for the ineptitude of his colleagues and it really isn't his fault.
FEDEX claim they will now deliver the package Monday, no hint of what time Monday they will deliver it. In my anger I told him it better be the first package of the bloody van Monday morning, I'm sure it will make no difference. Writing my frustration here about my wasted day and frustration at FEDEX sure helps a bit though.

I have no gate. Arghhhhhh!
In the end, the package arrived early the day of the trip (after a great deal of, shall we say, EXPLANATION) and all worked out, but you well know I was still not happy with FEDEX .
