I'm sure this is why Great Britain doesn't enter a football team in the Olympics, a loss like that would be too embarrassing.  I bet Ronaldo is wishing he'd listened to Fergie now.

Gravatar Image1 - GB doesn't enter a football team in the Olympics because of its anomalous position in EUFA and FIFA: i.e. the fact that it has 4 "National" teams. To enter a single team for the Olympics would jeopardise this position.
