Week 16 diet check-in.

Can you believe I've only been doing this diet thing for 16 weeks, feels like it's been forever. As the end of October was my official first target date, I have decided to report biweekly on my results, and the last two weeks were pretty successful.

I Lost 2.25% in the last two weeks, as I mentioned in the last diet check-in, my carbohydrate cravings (aka buffalo chicken pizza) were getting pretty bad which was something I didn't suffer from whilst doing Atkins, so two weeks ago I switched back to Atkins and so far it seems to be paying off.

The graph certainly does look better for it. So total percentage over 16 weeks is now 11.82%, if I end up with a couple more weeks like this last one my first initial target weight for Christmas is looking very doable.

Gravatar Image1 - Let me tell you Carl, if you think being on a diet is torture, try being pregnant! It drags ON and ON....no sushi, no swordfish, no salmon, no tuna and no cosmopolitans. And this goes for on 10 months, NOT 9, contrary to what the lying SOB's say!

Being pregnant sounds fine (I've been quadruplets since I was about 21 anyway) all those foods you lised I don't like anyway, but not sure I can handle pickles and ice cream and all the other stuff that goes along with it.

I'm sure after 10 months though you'll think it was all worty it.
