If you'd had a fast enough machine, what would have happened if you'd upgraded your Windows everytime a new release came out?

I think for a real upgrade test though, he should have done more than just DOS apps, he should have installed a windows 2 app, windows 3 app, Windows 95 app etc. and seen how they still performed. Still very interesting to watch.
