Not everyone is fortunate enough to go to Lotusphere, and that's why A few years ago Chris and I setup LotusphereLive so they could take part in the Opening General session. That is only part of Lotusphere though, and not being there should not stop you from meeting some of the people there or seeing some of the technology and solutions on display in the Lotusphere Product Showcase. I'll be taking things easy at Lotusphere this year, no sessions to present, a few customer meetings, but overall a pretty laid back time, but hey nothing wrong with that at all right?
So with my new found spare time, I will be working with Chris Miller to post various videos from Lotusphere. We'll be carrying around our video cameras, and in the style of some of the interviews from our World Cup website, we'll be using our charm, wit and irritating persistence to ask complete strangers for interviews, so you can get to meet some of the folks that are there. Along with the people, I consider the Product Showcase a huge part of the Lotusphere experience, so we'll also be going around the various booths, getting the sales pitch from the booth babes, recording some of their demos and asking them questions, rating their giveaways and talking about them behind their backs. Chris is sorting out the website where the videos will be posted (Update: They will be posted to LotuspherePodcasts.com), so stay tuned for news of that this week, and if you are going to Lotusphere, don't be afraid if I tap you on the shoulder and ask you for an interview.

I second Carl, with the new few tools we will be carrying, don't be shy to speak up if we catch you anywhere at Lotusphere.
