Little Britain USA arrrives in the USA

Little Britain which has been around for a few years in Britain, arrived in the USA on Sunday in the form of Little Britain USA.  As you might imagine I found it funny, but I wonder how Americans that watched it found it.  It definitly isn't suitable for kids, and I can't imagine it would go down well with Americans that can't laugh at themselves otherwise I imagine they'd find it quite insulting.  So please, if you're American and caught Little Britain USA on Sunday night, please let me know what you thought of it.
