How to put a Notes mail folder into a sidebar widget, yes it can be done!

They said it couldn't be done, but they were wrong. If my last 17 years with Notes have taught me anything, it's this, think out of the box and think out of the box often. I've often been told Notes can't do X or can't do Y, but typically it can if you think a little differently. My latest challenge, getting a Notes Mail Folder into a sidebar widget was no different. Life was made much harder by the fact that the address bar in Notes, no longer shows the address of places you visit unless they are Web URLs, but reading the help, playing around with different settings and many failures, I found a way.
This video shows how you can put a Notes 8 Mail folder into a sidebar widget.
The URL I paste in during the video is this:
notes:///0000000000000E00/FOLDERNAME?OpenView&Hidenavigator
For the record, here are some other useful Notes:// URLs.
These Notes URLs also work for Notes R7, no idea on R6 (Brock just made a comment that they work with R6, I wonder if they work with R5)
