Different names when you schedule a Sametime Meeting

This is something I saw the other day and I was wondering why it happens. If you schedule a meeting in Sametime, you will notice it has the chairpersons name as their abberviated name, example "Carl Tyler", however you will probably see other conferences that also have the chairpersons name as their hierarchical name example "Carl Tyler/Epilio". Why should that be? They were created by the same user, why are the names different?
Well after some investigation I worked it out. As soon as the user attends the meeting, the chairperson name changes to their hierachical name, if they never attend the meeting then it stays as their abbreviated name. It doesn't change how Sametime functions, just one of those small things that niggled me as to why it was happening.
