Want to try out OpenOffice without installing anything on your PC? Now you can at www.ulteo.com definitely a work in progress. Not quite a run on any browser application as it's really a java applet and requires the SUN JVM. It looks like it's a VNC connection to a remote server, so realyl no better than having a windows terminal server for end users. Performance was really bad when I tried it. If first impressions count, this site will be gone very soon.
