A word of warning to drivers in the UK

This is a public service announcement to all drivers in the UK.  Today is my Niece Bethany's 17th birthday, she has her provisional license so watch out!!!  I still can't believe she's 17, anyway, please use extra caution in Bucks county and surrounding areas, if you have a GPS I suggest you program it to avoid that area.

Also I'd like to send a Happy birthday to Tim B.  who has been driving for a lot longer than Bethany has been around.
