Looks like IBM has renamed him Norman, Presentation Pete and the other gallery artwork is what came with Freelance Graphics.

this then reminded me of this old Replicate feature that existed in Freelance Graphics, Pete was always a part of those demos. replicate was a feature where you could size and rotate an obkect replicate it, and it would apply the same sizing and rotation etc. to the object again. This is how I managed to quickly create these wings for Pete. Points Mode was also a really powerful feature of Freelance Graphics.
Update Boy is the Symphony site slow, hopefully it is because it is serving up so many downloads. It takes a good 10 seconds to switch pages on the site. IBM should really look at sorting that out quickly.
