Category None
I met one of my goals today, and hit it early a couple of weeks early. My goal (which my sister knew) was to get below 350 before my trip to Florida for my sisters 40th, yes my sisters 40th birthday, ha she'll hate me even more now for mentioning it again, did I say she was 40? I really meant her 29th birthday. Anyway her are my Friday weigh in results for this week...
Last weeks weight: 351.4 lbs
This weeks weight: 347.8 lbs
This weeks weight loss: 3.6 lbs
Total weight loss: 36.2 lbs

So are you missing anything yet? You haven't spilled any secrets as to how you're doing this apart from doing lots of walking? Am just curious as to what you're eating??!
Anyway, am still working on my pass out to Lotusphere - so will keep you posted.

Remember that when I walk I am always carrying a 150lb back pack with me that is attached to my stomach. Now if you were to walk 10000 steps with a 100lb back pack I'm sure it would help you lose weight too.
I have stayed clear of pop, no pop since I started. Basically I am thinking of them like cigarettes, I don't have the inclination to buy cigarettes when I'm in the petrol station, so why the inclination to always buy a pop, anyway so far that is working quite well.
In the afternoons when my hunger/sugar cravings tend to kick in the most I'll reach for a fruit bowl. These are about 70 calories, which is way better than a pop or candy, and at some point it really was a fruit. Pineapple is my favourite.
And that's it, no secret sauce, no special tabs.

Keep it up, however be assured that whilst fruit is good for you, it still contains loads of sugar, (I know being a diabetic). However it is way better than pop. Fruit juice however is not (don't be fooled on this one) as it does not caontain the fibre taht slows down the sugar absorbtion.
Keep it up though mate, It will be worth it in the end!
