Disabling the Sametime 7.5 Connect client Splashscreen

Personally I wouldn't do this for the majority of end users, the splash screen was added because the feedback during the beta cycle was that end users kept on launching the ST 7.5 client as they hadn't realized it was actually loading already, so they would then end up with multiple copies.
