I have no idea if PC Mover from LapLink is any good, but I never look a gift horse in the mouth, so if you're quick you can get a free license if you download it before September 15th.

If anyone has prior experience with this I'm interested to know how you got on. I'm thinking of using it to move a couple of machines to VMware images, as I have found the P2V tool a real pain.
Talking of VMware, the VMTN package is great value, be sure to check it out. http://www.vmware.com/products/vplatform/vmtn_features.html, great value for $299.
