A couple of years ago I wanted to hold a Instant Messaging interest group meeting, people who are using enterpise IM at Lotusphere. It didn't happen as I was too busy to arrange it and other unexpected glitches occured. Since then every year I have had a few customers come back to me expressing interest in meeting other enterprise customers using IM to have a round table to discuss experiences, benefits, hidden unexpected benefits, gripes etc. This noise has started picking up again, and I can't see any Birds of a Feathre sessions at Lotusphere on Sameitme/IM, so If you'd like to take part in something like this let me know, as I'd be happy to arrange this for LS2005, even if I get turned back at immigration I'll find a replacement chair. 2 - Both my boss and I will be there, and definitely interested. We use ST (for chat only) internally, roughly 10,000 users, and resell an extranet solution written against the Java API. It would be interesting to talk to other ST users, particularly those who've deployed the meeting services we don't use.
