Whoever the person/committee was that decided it was a good idea to have luggage trolleys that you have to pay for at airports must have been doing some serious hallucinogenic drugs, as there is no way any sober individual could have thought it a good idea. When you have people arriving at an airport, you want them out of there as quick as they arrive, having people stand in line while the people in front try and shove dollars into a machine to get a trolley is just ridiculous, and that off course is assuming that the traveller still has US currency left.
