In case you didn't know, this is now available, Click Here. If you're not using older clients or toolkits there isn't really much in it for you. Although one nice feature is being able to stop older clients from logging in.

For some reason the file is still not available on the Passport site (don't know about the Business Partner site). And IBM of course provides no link to the file in the technote/readme.
