Gravatar Image2 - That's funny Joel, Lotus finally sent me on Diversity training after avoiding it for 9 years, and I left within the month.

To be honest my take on Diversity is that the wrong word was chosen, they don't want a diverse workforce as bigots and racists could be considered diverse, they want a politically correct workforce.
