I was thinking about prescription drugs over the weekend

This weekend I was thinking, if healthcare is not a human right but a privilige as many in the US argue (falsly I believe), why shouldn't prescription drugs be available to those without healthcare so they can self prescribe? Obviously no one else feels responsible for these lazy, no good people that don't work hard enough to get health insurance, so why would they care if they took drugs that could heal or harm them?
Yes I've read a couple of things that put me in one of those people are crazy moods today.
