Is it just me or does this year feel more like IBM is getting Lotusphere?

I have been noticing in our lead up to Lotusphere that IBMers seem to be getting much more into the Lotusphere spirit this year, it's like they're getting it again and realise how key Lotusphere is to their customers and partners.  I can't really put my finger on anything specific but things like the Lotusphereblog and the eagerness of IBMers working with partners for Lotusphere just seems better to me this year.  Kudos IBM!

Gravatar Image2 - I agree with your assessment - I also get the impression that more and more IBMers are getting more hyped about Lotusphere. I think it has allot to do with the new products and all the upgrades - there is something for them to be excited about to start with.

Gravatar Image3 - I think we are getting much better at making sure everyone know what amount of effort still has to go into the event. But I do agree that the upper management seem to be getting the swing of Lotusphere now.
