An interesting TechCrunch article on US Visas and Immigration

Coming to America: Getting visas to do business in Silicon Valley - Although this applies to any where in the US, not just Silicon Valley.

If anyone is interested, my visa's to live in the US, have been L1 -> E2 -> H1B -> O1 I'm probably more familiar with US visa's than most HR departments.
