Instant Technologies is a leading provider of IBM Lotus Sametime and Microsoft Live Communications Server Solutions. Hundreds of organizations around the world use Instant software to enhance their Lotus Sametime and Microsoft Live Communications Server platforms.

We are seeking a senior Java and .Net developer.

Skills and experience that will make you a good fit include:

• CS degree or equivalent experience

• Java development and deployments

• Knowledge of design patterns and strong object oriented skills

• Eclipse plug-in development

• .NET Framework 1.x 2.x

• Lotus Notes / Domino usage and/or development

• IBM Lotus Sametime usage and/or development

• Microsoft IIS

• Microsoft Live Communication Server API or deployments
