Where did this Notes Rich Text button come from?

Category
I was editing a mail that I had copied into a calendar entry and I noticed this new button in my Rich Text Field. It doesn't appear if I choose to create a new appointment and I have never seen it before. Very strange...

Gravatar Image1 - That is the 'rich text light' button. It can be enabled as a field type by developers. I think it only supports text attributes, not stuff like graphics, tables, etc.

Gravatar Image2 - Weird how it just appeared in this one document. It isn't in any of my other appointments.

Gravatar Image3 - It seems that it only occurs when you send a Memo document to a Calendar Entry. Otherwise, it's a standard Rich Text field and not a Rich Text Lite field. It's apparently a new "feature".
