Well not exactly but it is Friday and it is weigh in day. Oh and sorry to the Americans who probably have no clue what this Blog Title refers to. I decided on Friday as weigh in day, as it gives me a couple of option, one it will let me use the weekend to recover if I somehow screwed up during the week, and secondly it gives me the week to recover if I somehow screwed up during the week.
Anyway the first weeks' results are in and the weight is now 372lbs. Remember this was a little more than a week as I started on Wednesday, so it is actually a loss for a week and a bit. Anyway if my Pentium doesn't have a rounding error that means this weeks loss was 12lbs.
