So how does the street look when the water goes away?

Category
Well during the rain I had a lake front property and now I have a beach view property. Here are some pictures after the water left during the night...

Yesterday was a little crazy in town with literally hundreds of sightseers and half a dozen camera crews. This morning the only camera crew still around was from the weather channel.

There are a number of dropouts in the roads all over Newmarket, so it's going to be a while until all the roads are back to normal. Fortunately I don't live in Boston, so the repairs are most probably going to be more than just filling the hole with sand and painting a new stripe.
