Road trip planning has started!

My younger brother turns 30 this year (jeez my older brother turned 40 this year, younger turns 30, it's makes me feel old just thinking about it). Anyway, as 30 is a pretty momentous birthday we've been trying to come up with something unique to do, and we've decided we're going to drive to the US Formula 1 Grand Prix in Indianapolis. It's a 15 hour drive, but we'll make a stop over at Niagara Fallas as his girl friend hasn't been there, maybe stop at the Rock 'N Roll hall of fame in Cleveland (is there anything else there?) and when we're in Indianapolis his grielfriend can carry on driving to St. Louis and see her sister so we get some brother time. Now it's time to use those Holiday Inn points and book a few rooms...

If anyones comapny is a sponsor and can get me paddock tickets let me know, or use of the corporate box we'd be sure to appreciate them

Gravatar Image1 - Cool! Sounds hugely fun. I know there's a list of bizzare US museums somewhere up on the web -- I'll find it for you.

Gravatar Image2 - Cleveland has WAY more than the R&R Hall of Fame. The 'Flats" area is very fun. Basically the old riverfront warehouses have been restored and now are wonderful restaurants & bars (not that you've ever had a beer....). Especially during the summer, this is a happening place. Water taxis to make it easy to get to the places on both sides. Lots of outside patios, etc.

Also - Jacobs Field (aka The Jake) is an awesome baseball stadium. Trivia: The largest jumbotron in the US (maybe the world) is inside the Jake.

As Drew Carey says: Cleveland Rocks!!!!!
