Update from yesterday's telephony item regarding Sameitme

Category
Here are is a self running executable movie (be patient whilst it downloads), it shows how we used the server based telephony hooks of Sametime to hook our Instant TeamMessenger product, and also shows how we redid the Premiere integration for the connect client, we think our approach is a little quicker and easier to use than the out of the box approach, where users get invited into a meeting and then have to dial the number themselves. The key thing with each of these demos is the user does not have to manually dial any numbers, all the numbers and people are automatically called and invited into the conference or 1-1 telephone call.

Gravatar Image1 - Neat stuff. Good work as always Carl. Why the 2 inches of white space to the left of the time stamps though? Is that a result of the odd email client you are using?

Gravatar Image2 - There is actually a good reason for the big space on timestamps, I was messing around with the DPI settings on Windows on my laptop trying to make things easier to read, and I set it back to the wrong size before I recorded the movie. I suppose the interest thing is, without the resources of billions and billions of dollars, we still saw fit to add timestamps because of the customer demand

We need to talk about this.....

Gravatar Image4 - How about a domino demo. As soon as I show this Microsoft demo I then start world war 3.

Gravatar Image5 - Do you one with just the Sametime phone demo?
