I have a plan for New York City

Category
I have to say, I am not a big city fan, too many people for my liking. Saturday night I drove into New York City to meet up with Bruce Elgort and Gayle. All was going well until I got to the Lincoln Tunnel which then took about 1 hour to get through. Traffic in New York City is ridiculous, and then add to that there is no where to park a car with a dog, so the dog was sneaked into Bruce's room. So what is my plan for New York city? Turn it into one big pedestrian zone. Get rid of all private cars and only allow buses, taxis and Limos. Then the tunnels and bridges can be used for nothing but park and ride buses and trains. New York City is pretty flat and without cars it would become much safer for people to cycle to and from work. It may be a little chilly in the winter to cycle, but then you can use publc transport. My alternative more extreme approach for New York City is to remove all bridges and roads entering the island except for trains.
