Week 12 diet check in...

Been 12 weeks now since the diet was started, and forgot to post last weeks results, so here are the latest figures with an updated chart.

Total Percentage Lost: 9.01%

So I still have a 5.99% to go before hitting my first target. Last week didn't have much weight loss, as I admit to eating a pizza when I was out in San Jose, it was the only thing room service had i.e. pizza delivery, and that's the excuse I'm going to stick to. This week I threw in some extra exercise to try and make up for it.

I don't think I look any different and I still haven't seen a huge difference in my clothes, which probably means they looked way too tight on me before. So if you're worried there is no risk of me looking ill anytime soon. If I wasn't tracking the weight loss etc. I probably would have given up as it feels like nothing is happening, but the scales don't lie so I'll keep at it.

Before you ask, yes I am wearing black today in remembrance of Concorde...
