Talking of IBM documentation, this is my favourite screenshot in the Sametime TCSPI documentation.  I think it was taken on bring yoru child to work day. It screams quality.

In case it isn't obvious, the red squigly circle and arrow were not added by me,   this is the high class image markup IBM does.
