In an effort to get new startups using Microsoft products and development tools, Microsoft has announced BizSpark. You need to have been in business for less than 3 years and generate under $1 Million in revenue, you'll also need to get a reg code from a BizSpark Network Partner or BizSpark Champ, whilst enrollment is free you'll need to pay $100 when you leave the program. For this you get access to most of the Microsoft Tools and Software.
