Mike Gotta has the summary for a new Burton Group report that exists, sadly I'm not a Burton Group subscriber, so I can't see the entire article, but reading his summary of IBMs efforts around Sametime and Sametime 7.5.1 he is spot on. He manages to put into writing what I have been thinking and I've never even spoken to the guy, very impressive
