Here's a good one I came across recently with a customer

Install Sametime 3.1, Install the Fixpack 1. Start the server, start a meeting in a browser, when you get a security warning don't just ignore it, look at it, and you'll see this:

Notice the date, the certificate expired in Dec 2003, not too sharp.
There is a fix, you have to call Lotus Support and get them to send you resigned JAR files, and replace the existing ones on your server with new ones.
For most people the fact they have expired isn't really an issues as they tend to trust the IBM certificate, for other companies this can stop deployment until it is resolved.
