iPhone failure with passcode screen, pretty serious.

Category
I tried this and it is indeed true...

Okay this is pretty serious. A newly discovered security flaw in iOS 4.1 allows you to bypass the Passcode lock on a jailbroken/non-jailbroken iPhone.

The good news if you have an iPhone 4.  The call wont last for more than 2 or 3 minutes before they're cut off, I am being sarcastic, if you are lucky and have an iPhone 4 that works like a phone (very few of us), they'll be able to chat until the battery dies)

Gravatar Image1 - Interesting. Even more interesting, once you do that, hitting the sleep/wake or home buttons doesn't do a thing. The display just stays enabled.

I think this is due to be fixed in OS 4.2
