A Developerworks article on using the Sametime Unified Telephony APIs

Category
Using the IBM Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony API
This article describes the IBM® Lotus® Sametime® Unified Telephony API and the steps you take to deploy, configure, and invoke it. The Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony API is a REST (Representation State Transfer) API that provides click-to-call and click-to-conference semantics.

If you're an IBM customer who has deployed SUT, I'd love to hear from you, any experiences you'd be willing to share that I could pass on at Collaboration University etc.  Right now I haven't been able to find one, so if you are one and are willing to chat I'd be very grateful.
