Tweenbots - humans and bots working in harmony.

This is a cute example of complete stranger helping a poor little robot.

The thing I found most interesting about this, is that even after 9/11 Americans are still very trusting of objects with no apparent owner.  In many countries, this kind of activity would kick in everybody's threat sense and there would be calls to the police to report a strange object and the park would be empty.  It's something I often think about when Geocaching, I imagine Geocaching isn't too popular in Afghanistan.

Gravatar Image1 - I thought this was a great (uplifting) video, personally.

Although what it really made me want to know was what the reaction would have been had she drawn a frowning face or angry eyes on the robot instead of a happy face. I suspect people would have been less likely to help it along.

Gravatar Image2 - @1 I agree I thought it was cute. It's nice that even after what has happened to America, with the fear that the government tried to instill in people, it's nice to see that many Americans don't see risk in these things. I hope it stays that way.
