When I first arrived in the US I would follow the development of my Nieces and Nephews through trips back to the UK, videos they would send in the post, and various pictures and cards they would send. The great thing about the internet is I get to see much more of their development through videos posted to the web, facebook updates, emails etc. Here's an example, I love getting this stuff, but I have to be honest, it can make one a little home sick.
For anybody wondering, the yellow lab is Jessies Mum.
