Seriously, the guy even explains that it isn't impacting many of us yet. Have ABC Boston never heard of picture in picture? Could you imagine them doing this during the final game of the World Series or Superbowl? There is a term to describe the people at ABC responsible for this, and it begins with the same four letters as the weatherman's last name.
