Has anyone else been getting emails from spock.com?

They typically go something like this:
Subject: Blah Blah has requested your trust on Spock.

Blah Blah has added you as a trusted contact on Spock.com. By accepting trust, you will be able to search each others’ network, share contact information, and get news.
Click here to get started.


So far none of them have come from anyone that rings any bells with me.  Anyone else been getting these from apparent strangers?

Gravatar Image1 - I got one too this morning, although in my case it was from an old manager of mine so I accepted it.
I've not looked into what the site does though yet, too busy today.

Gravatar Image2 - Yeah, I've gotten 3 over the last week, all from people who are LinkedIn contacts. I would assume that it offers to search your various contact lists/address books and invite folks in said lists to join.
