Setting the Sametime Connect client's preferences - It contains details about the plugin_customization.ini configuration file and how it provides the ability to customize the default settings for client-side preferences. Doing this doesn't make the settings stick, it merely sets the default. but it is really handy to be able to deploy clients with some of these settings already made for end users.
Personally I believe it would really help customers if they could get hold of this kind of technote before the product ships, versus a few months after as this kind of information is what holds deployments up. Either way, it's a good technote with lots of useful settings.
