Looking for a QA Tester

I'm looking for a tester. I have a full time contract for 2-4 months, the ideal candidate would have some experience of Lotus Sametime and Domino (server side), knowing Domino and Sametime and having a logical thought process is more important than specific QA experience.
The contract is based in the Boston area, with the possibility to do some work remotely. The contract does have the potential to lead to a full time position.
