Credit where credit is due.

After some recent experiences with terrible customer service (believe me you don't want to know), I was expecting a similar service today from at&t Cingular, but low and behold they were great. Over the weekend I saw that my new phone was now being offered for half the price I paid for it, obviously being a tight git I wanted to pay the new amount and not what I had paid a week earlier. Expecting to call and have to threaten to leave the new service, they were actually pretty speedy and just said sure no problem we'll refund the difference, no argument, no threats, just good common sense customer service.

Hopefully, Cingular, er the NEW AT&T has better service in your area than down here....
