A busy couple of days

So things have been a little busy over the last couple of days. I have been considering buying a house for a few months now and yesterday I put an offer in on a place. The offer wasn't accepted but after some further negotations and some bending from both parties, we are both now satisifed with the price and my final offer has been accepted.
Hopefully things will progress with no problems and everything should be signed and delivered by the end of the year. I don't really have strong requirements for a place, but I was looking to meet the following at a minimum:

Hopefully things will progress with no problems and everything should be signed and delivered by the end of the year. I don't really have strong requirements for a place, but I was looking to meet the following at a minimum:
- Enough land or seclusion nearby so that the dog can go out and poop without me having to ever pick it up. I know it sounds gross, but it's a big plus
- A Ground floor without steps, so that I can potentially get a robovac to pick up the dog hair Jessie is constantly leaving everywhere and I mean everywhere
- Cable/High Speed Internet, unless I'm on holiday I can't imagine living somewhere without this.

Enough room for parents and relatives so they can come and visit
