Steps taken November 3rd 2006, 10,850
Steps taken November 4th 2006, 12,534 - A bit of a grey day, but I walked around the airfield a few times with the dog. The flying club was having their annual pumpkin bombing contest, lots of fun, dropping pumpkins from planes at 500ft with prizes for closest to the target.
Steps taken November 5th 2006, 16,310 - Who couldn't walk miles with the fantastic weather, blue skies a light breeze, I should have been flying. Instead I took the dog to the beach had a great time looking for crabs under rocks (the dog likes finding dead one's) and throwing the ball.
10,000 steps is going to be a challenge today, I'll have to go for a long walk this evening. My car is in for a service, so I didn't get to park a few miles away the same as usual. I don't think Jessie was happy

Talking of Jessie, she turned 3 today or in dog years 21. Finally she can be served legally in the bars If you should this, Happy Birthday Jess!!
