Sorry I couldn't resist, anyone that checks their spam folder will see that subject lines like the one above have become very popular over the last few days. Anyway Friday, Saturday and Sunday step report.

I did't walk to work Friday, so I had to go on a really long walk after work, steps on Friday 11,231, steps Saturday 12,896, steps Sunday 15,565, pleased to report I still haven't had any sweets, pop or other sugary substances.
