Gravatar Image4 - Well, I'm falling closer and closer to the bottom ranking in my brother-in-law's World Cup pool. I'd picked Germany to win it. Heck, not even all of the teams I'd picked for the round of 16 made it. So now I'm just hoping for a good match this evening (ok, it will be 3pm my time, but I won't get to watch it until this evening) ....and even though I love France, my hope is that Portgual wins today and wins the final. I'd originally been hoping that one of the African teams could make it further, and am now settling for just hoping that Portugal will get their first cup title. My son's in Spain right now, and I know he was hoping that Spain would have made it through. Ah, yes, the World Cup ...intense highs and extreme lows for millions around the planet.
