The USA attack seemed very weak with not enough delivery and the Czech Republic had 3 great goals that the USA had no chance against. Reyna had a great shot hit the goal post, but really not much else for the USA. I probably would have yanked Beasley off at half time, as he pretty much gave the ball away every time it came to him.

Oh well, there are still two more games for the USA, which Peyton, having picked USA in the WorldCup pool, is hoping they will win.

Gravatar Image1 - They looked like someone spiked their kool-aid with roofies. it was as if someone had removed their ability to talk to each other because they were running around ball chasing all game long. And what is it with their inability to stay upright. They were constantly slipping and their first touches seemed to be a step or two beyond where they should be. Maybe they should get their spikes checked.

Gravatar Image2 - So depressing. I knew this would be a tough match but expected better. Here's hoping this wakes them up. I was only able to watch a little while at lunch. Reyna's shot off the post was a killer. On the other hand, count me in as a bandwagon fan of Trinidad and Tobago, what a gutsy match they played. The Swedish fans looked like someone stole their candy, priceless.
