I feel cheated...

This will mean nothing to non-Brits who never experienced Play School growing up, but yesterday I found out that the "Which window is it today" question was not random and there was a way to get it right everytime! I feel cheated, as imagine the Action Man guns or Warlord comics you could have won with wagers with your friends. So as the BBC site points out:
I suppose I should live with the satisfaction that I used to get the "what day is it" right. Reading the BBC site, I'm glad to see it wasn't just me that hated Hamble too.

If you never worked it out, the theme of the programme decided which window it would be. If it was balloons or wheels, a trip through the round window was in store. If boxes or houses, the square window. Only arched things like fountains and er...arches gave the cue for the arched window, leading to it appearing least of all.
